ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF LIQUIDITY ON DIVIDEND POLICY IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN THE PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE SUB-SECTOR LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE 2014-2018 Arranged by: Febriana Cahaya Hasibuan NIM: 1732134 This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity on dividend policy. The scope of this research is the property and real estate sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques through secondary data. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. In data analysis this research will discuss Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, and Significance Test (t test). The number of companies studied was 7 companies with the 2014-2018 period using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that liquidity as measured by the current ratio has a negative and significant effect with a significant level of 0.025 <0.05 on dividend policy.
