XMLABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF BEHAVIOR AND PERCEPTION OF SHOPPING ONLINE SERVICES AMONG UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS ADVENT INDONESIA Roy Wilbert Naibaho NIM: 1382024 Shopping online for faculty and staff provide a lot of changes, expenditure which previously had to jostle in the market into a new and practical. Authors interested in studying the behavior of online shopping among lecturers. The purpose of this study is as follows, to study the behavior of the lecturers while shopping on the internet. Knowing the underlying perception of lecturers choose online shopping to meet demand. This research method is to give the setting of the problem, collecting literature, the formulation of the problem, determine the methodology, data collection, data analysis, reporting research results. The conclusion from this study is that online shopping behavior Indonesian Adventist University lecturer. The majority of lecturers who shop online shopping often through the market place of the use of social media. A large market place make lecturers tend to shop for presents more items from various categories. There are several factors that influence the Adventist University of Indonesia lecturer choose to shop online, namely: satisfaction factor, assurance, guarantee of goods, the full product is needed, the products are delivered on time and the products are delivered in accordance with the approved drawings with a positive value lecturer. From the resulting data to the online shop lecturer drew the conclusion that the lecturer is satisfied when shopping online. products are delivered on time and products delivered in accordance with the approved drawings with a positive value lecturer.
