In doing his job, of course, requires a secretary who has a good personality and job competence to help leaders such as receiving guests, conveying information, processing data, and helping leaders in making decisions that will greatly affect students of the Adventist Universitas Advent Indonesia. In this paper, using the Job Training method by being assistant secretary of Student Affairs of Universitas Advent Indonesia, Mrs. Tiurma Sihombing Simbolon, to assist in doing assignments Based on this discussion, it can be seen that the personality and competence of the secretary of the Student Affairs of Universitas Advent Indonesia is very influential in carrying out duties and responsibilities such as determining students who receive Kopertis scholarships, determining students to live in the dormitory (inside) or outside the dormitory, working on residence permits for lecturers and students. from abroad, record the results of disciplinary meetings and convey them to people and make a very large contribution, especially in matters relating to student issues at the Adventist Universitas Advent Indonesia.
