ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF PASTOR CARE ON THE LOYALTY OF MEMBERS IN PROVIDING INTEGRATED OFFERINGS BASED ON DEUTERONOMY 18:18 IN SEVENT DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH OF THE MATARAM CONGREGATION SEMARANG JAVA CENTRAL AREA Andrew Manurung NIM :1611014 In this study, the author tried to examine how the pastoral activities often carried out by pastors, especially in this study were in Christianity which was related to increasing offerings plan or having an influence on the spiritual growth of the congregation based on Deuteronomy 8:18 in the Sevent Day Adventist Church Of The Mataram Semarang. Simply put, this study has a basis with four main indicators, namely: the influence of pastors 'care on integrated offerings, the meaning of pastors' care to the congregation, the practical meaning of the word "You Must Remember to the Lord your God" (Deuteronomy 8:18) and the theological meaning of the word. You shall remember the Lord your God ”(Deuteronomy 8:18). This research is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical research and field research. The result of the theoretical research is about the reasons a shepherd performs services to remind the congregation to return, which affects the increase in offerings. This study includes four parts, namely: 1) The effect of care on offerings, pastors' care is unique but special. Unique is that the pastor does not pay more attention to himself than the family or members he visits, 2) The practical meaning of Deuteronomy 8:18 is to mean to practice what has been defined from the theological meaning of "you must remember God your God 3) Theological meaning from Deuteronomy 8:18 is that humans require the mind to focus on God whether in abundance or lack because in God all the medicine of life for victory is always available, 4) The role of the pastor's care is. Because nursing also aims to create an intimate intimacy between the shepherd and his sheep, this is a good opening to remind them from home to home. The results of field research conducted through questionnaires distributed to 40 members of the Sevent Day Adventist Church Of The Mataram Semarang resulted in data that concluded that the respondents had a good understanding. But a good understanding will get better with practice. Key Word: Pastors, Loyality, Visitation, Offerings Plan.
