ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF STUDENT SATISFACTION ON ONLINE SYSTEMS IN ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA Written by: Sri Lestari sinaga NIM: 1582026 Analysis of unai.edu website services aims to develop and support the quality of services available on the unai webside. One of the websites used at the Adventist University of Indonesia is module. The research method is descriptive analysis and samples in this study to measure how satisfied users are in using the Unai website. A sample of 100 people was used and sample calculations using SPSS. The objectives of the researcher are, how students in accepting modules in academics do students support the system. to analyze the level of Unai student satisfaction with the Unai website system, whether they are satisfied in using the system. The results of this study are, the usefulness of the module system at Advent University is good, the use and ease of internal menus are good, the quality of modules at the Advent Indonesia University is adequate and good. As for the suggestions, for Advent Indonesia universities to maintain and improve so as to provide the best for users, so that Indonesian universities would accept receiving comments given by users so that they can further improve the existing system Key Words: Information system, satisfaction of Unai website, questionnaire
