ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ON FIRM VALUE (Empirical Study on Metal & Similar Subsector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 Period) Hizkia Aris Nuryanto IDN: 1632158 This research aimed to determine the influence of the capital structure and financial performance of the company on the value of the company. This research was conducted in metal subsector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data used was secondary data with quantitative descriptive method. In this study also conducted descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and analysis of linear regression and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that the very low relationship between the capital structure to the value of the company and there was no significant influence with a controbusion of 0.15%. There is a very low relationship between financial performance and the value of the company and there is no significant influence with a contribution of 3.57%. There is a low relationship between capital structure and financial performance to the value of the company and there is no significant influence with a contribution of 4.5% and the remaining 95.5% explained by other factors not present in this study.
