ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF THE LATIONSHIP BETWEEN STUDY THE SABBATH SCHOOLL LESSON TO THE SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTH CHURCH SETIABUDI PONTIANAK BASED ON COLOSS 1: 9-10. Donatus Yeyen NIM: 1711028 This study aims to find out the relationship between the Sabbath School (SS) learning activities with the spiritual growth of members of the Setiabudi Seventhday Adventist Church, Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive correlation method. The population in this study were members of the congregation of the church under study. Data collection techniques from this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is to use two methods, namely descriptive and hypothesis testing. Descriptive data aims to see the involvement of the respondent in Sabbath school learning and also to see a picture of the spiritual growth of the respondents through the questionnaire given. To test the hypothesis, the author uses the Pearson correlation technique. Descriptive research shows that church members have a habit of studying the Sabbath school and also shows a picture of spiritual growth in terms of reading the Bible, praying and witnessing. The results of the hypothesis testing show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Sabbath school learning and learning growth where the fcount is 24.285 while the table with df 3.59 is 2.76 at a significance level of 5%. So after seeing the test results in this f table, it can be concluded that ha is accepted, that is, there is a relationship between Sabbath school learning and spiritual growth. While ho: there is no relationship between studying Sabbath school and spiritual growth, is rejected. Keywords : Learning SS, Growing. Spirituality
