The motivation correlation coefficient r = 0.677 there is a strong relationship between the variable X2 against Y, the hypothesis test of the t-count motivation is 7.862> t-table 1.993 means that it has a strong relationship, the coefficient of determination of motivation is 45.83% and 54.17% is influenced by other factors, Simple regression analysis Y = 9,937 + 0,915X2 shows that there is a positive influence between motivation on career specialization. Tax knowledge correlation coefficient r = 0.664 there is a strong relationship between the variable X3 to Y, Hypothesis test tcount of tax knowledge is 7.590> t-table 1.993 means it has a strong relationship, the coefficient of determination of tax knowledge is 44.08% and 54% is influenced by other factors, simple regression analysis Y = 9,461 + 0,943X3 shows that there is a positive influence between tax knowledge on career interests. The result of multiple regression analysis Y = 2,944 + 0,481X1 + 0,435X2 + 0,343X3 means that there is a positive effect simultaneously between variable X (perception, motivation, knowledge) on variable Y (specialization in career).
