"A": CHEST PAIN WITH BENSON RELAXATION THERAPY IN UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS (UAP) IN THE EMERGENCY UNIT OF BANDAR LAMPUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Compiled By: MELLA YUSEF FINTIYA NIM: 1953075 Unstable angina pectoris is an emergency that often arises suddenly and must be treated as quickly as possible, complaints of bad feelings or pain in the chest or other symptoms as a result of myocardial ischemia. Unstable Angina Pectoris is caused by reversible and temporary myocardial ischemia triggered by an imbalance between the oxygen needs of the myocardium and the oxygen supply of myocardium derived from the narrowing of coronary artery allotment. Benson relaxation is one way to reduce pain by turning attention to relaxation so that the client's awareness of the pain is reduced, this relaxation is done by combining the relaxation given with the trust that the client has. Purpose: to analyze chest pain cases with beson relaxation therapy on Unstable Angina Pectoris (UAP) in the ER of Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Method: used is descriptive by conducting direct interviews to patients and their families, observations and literature. Result: obtained initial chest pain scale 7 (0-10) the influence of benson relaxation therapy can decrease the scale of chest pain with the results of the chest pain scale to 4 (0-10) and found there is one problem in clients with Unstable Angina Pectoris that is acute pain. Observations are made while the client is in the ER Of Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. The advice the authors give to patients and their families, is expected to be able and know how to overcome chest pain in Unstable Angina Pectoris with beson relaxation therapy.
