ABSTRACT This nursing care is motivated by the author's experience in caring for COVID-19 isolation patients. The general goal of nursing care is to understand, and gain real experience in everyday life about sleeping on your stomach that affects the improvement of the patient's condition with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2). The method used is descriptive method by conducting direct interviews with patients, observation and literature. Based on the results of the assessment, it was found that patients experienced improvement after applying prone position. Then given nursing care with a prone sleep intervention for 30 minutes per day. The conclusion is that by prone position, the patient feels less shortness of breath and the breath feels lighter.
