Hypertension is a disease with the highest incidence rate in Indonesia, supported by a study conducted in Rt 4, hypertension is the most common disease with 12 people, another study that the authors found is that many people do not know balanced nutrition and exercise for hypertension, so education is needed. health is expected to increase public awareness to maintain health independently Objective: In order for people to adopt a healthy lifestyle such as good nutrition and exercise for hypertension sufferers and improve the quality of life, the research method used is the nursing process which includes digging, intervention, implementation, and nursing evaluation. After being given health education, the results of the people's enthusiasm when listening to higher health education, and asking various questions about hypertension, and wanting to apply it to everyday life, were given health education.
