D RESPECTED BY COVID-19 WITH AN INTEGRATED REFERENCE SYSTEM (SISRUTE) AT ADVENT INDONESIA UNIVERSITY CLINIC, PARONGPONG Arranged by: Perdana Kusumaningrum 1953070 The Covid-19 referral hospital in Bandung is almost full, the bed occupancy is recorded to have been above 90%. For now, not all exposed patients need to be treated, referral hospitals give priority to services for symptomatic patients. The reasons for this SISRUTE were made, namely a full treatment room, patient refusal, slow initial service in the ER, the long referral process and the uneven distribution of health personnel. This study aims to determine the description of the implementation of SISRUTE in suspected Covid-19 patients at the Adventist University clinic of Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques. The results showed that even though there was no SISRUTE in the clinic, the problem of referring a suspected Covid-19 patient could be overcome by collaborating with the Parongpong Community Health Center. The author advises the public to quickly recognize the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 and immediately contact health services if they have signs and symptoms of Covid19. Referral hospitals are expected to provide a better and faster response in the patient referral system. Keywords: Covid-19, Patient, SISRUTE
