ABSTRACT NURSI NG CARE FO R NERVA TION SYSTEM D ISOR DER : HEMORRHAGIC STROKE WITH HEAD UP 30⁰ POSITION IN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT ROOM, BANDUNG ADVENT HOSPITAL Arranged by : Rani Meinora Situmeang NIM:1953059 Hemorrhagic stroke is damage to the brain that occurs due to rupture of blood vessels or bleeding causing blockage of oxygen supply or blood flow to the brain. Blockage of blood vessels causes a decrease in cerebral tissue perfusion. One of the interventions that will be given is a 30⁰ head-up position. The purpose of writing this final scientific paper is to report the implementation of hemorrhagic stroke nursing care with cerebral perfusion disorders by providing a head-up position 30⁰ for hemorrhagic stroke at Advent Bandung Hospital. The research method used is descriptive in the form of a case report with data collection. Evaluation results obtained after nursing intervention in the form of a 30 ° elevation head position to decrease the patient's cerebral tissue perfusion are an increase in oxygen saturation and oxygen saturation defense above 95%. The vital signs were T: 37.2⁰C, P: 61 x / m, R: 14 x / m, BP: 142/58 mmHg, SPO2: 100%. After the patient was given the head position, the elevation was 30 ° and increased until the final evaluation of the day with the oxygen saturation being 100%. Suggestions for patients and families are expected to be able to apply a 30⁰ head-up position to overcome cerebral perfusion disorders and provide comfort to reduce dizziness and prevent nausea and vomiting. This research is expected to be a reference in providing nursing care in dealing with hemorrhagic stroke patients with cerebral perfusion disorders according to evidence-based practice.
