ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN DENGUE HEMORAGIC FEVER WITH HIGH RISK OF BLEEDING ON MRS. "S": WITH FLUID MANAGEMENT IN CLINIC ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA Ralda C. U. Pelealu S. Kep. 1953063 Dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease that affects children and adults and is caused by a virus with manifestations in the form of acute fever, bleeding, muscle and joint pain. Dengue is an acute Arbovirus infection transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito or by Aedes Aebopictus through its bite. This scientific work aims to provide a real picture of nursing care in patients with dengue fever. The method used is the case study method. In the assessment found fever, pain and platelets of 61,000. Nursing diagnoses found were pain was resolved by providing nonpharmacological therapy to reduce pain, hyperthermia was resolved by giving warm compresses and disturbed nutritional balance less than the body's needs were resolved by giving small but frequent feeding. Suggestions that can be given are that nurses can perform nursing care appropriately in accordance with the existing goals and knowledge to deal with pain and hyperthermia and involve families in carrying out nursing care.
