ABSTRACK FAMILY NURSING CARE WITH HYPERTENSION DIAGNOSIS IN Mrs. P IN THE NATAR REGION, LAMPUNG SELATAN DISTRICT Anggun Wulandari 1852003 Hypertension is a very dangerous non-communicable disease (PTM) or commonly known as the sillent killer. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 showed that around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension, meaning that 1 in 3 people in the world are diagnosed with hypertension. Hypertension also causes other diseases. about 60% of people with hypertension end up in a stroke. While the rest causes heart disease, kidney failure and blindness. This scientific paper aims to gain real experience in carrying out family nursing care with the main problem of hypertension. The method used is a descriptive method with a nursing process approach with the steps of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation and accompanied by health education. At the time of the family nursing assessment, the client often complained of pain in the head and the family did not understand the client's illness. The main diagnosis that was found in the patient's family was headache in Mrs. P. and the lack of family knowledge about hypertension. The author uses a deep breath relaxation technique to reduce the headache felt by the client. The results obtained from the deep breath relaxation technique in hypertensive patients were proven to reduce the client's pain. Key words: Headache, hypertension, deep breath relaxation techniques.
