ABSTRACT Thesis Title : ANALYSIS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF ADVENTIST YOUTH WORSHIP EVENTS IN ENHANCING THE SPIRITUALITY OF YOUNG PEOPLE SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCHES IN THE XVII REGION CONFERENCE DKI JAKARTA AND SURROUNDING PHILOSOPHY BY HEBREW 10:25 Researcher Name : Quad, Semuel H. Name and Title : Master of Philosophy. Supervisor : DR. Stimson Hutagalung, M.Fil. End Date : April 25, 2018. The church is also responsible for the spiritual growth of all members of the congregation. One of the elements of church strength is the young people. Spiritual elevation is one of the important factors necessary for the lives of young people in the church. Young people need to get special attention in the right way according to their time and development. Therefore, it is necessary for the activities that can support their spirituality. Each Adventist church has events and arrangements that are expected to increase the spirituality of the members of the church. The busyness of young people is also a factor that shaped the worship service of PA received less attention. Busyness can be family activities and activities with peers because of more friends outside. It happens from a small number of church members and finds no peer in the church, because there is a church whose average member is old and no longer attractive to young people to gather together with their parents. Churches other than GMAHK have worship services for people different from the GMAHK PA worship. It seems that churches other than GMAHK have more interesting youth worship programs. It can be seen from the worship event that turns the young people. In church music other than GMAHK can accommodate all the music. The show of young people is not boring, monotonous and the needs of young people, does not attract young people to come worship. While in the GMAHK, there is no rule that will be used as a standard rule in the use of musical instruments or in the song of praise. The purpose of this study is first to understand the importance of Youth worship in the church. Second, know clearly and more broadly about the role of young people in the Adventist church. Third, to find out more about the duties and responsibilities of the PA in its role in the church. Fourth, to clarify that the organization of young people to influence and increase spirituality to the young people themselves. Fifth, to provide insights and ways that the church can make in improving the spirituality of young people through PA events. Theoretical basis is the relevant theories that can be used to explain the variables to be studied as the basis for providing temporary answers to the proposed problem formulation (hypothesis) as well as the preparation of research instruments. Theoretical basis is a literature review that became the basis for the author in thesis research entitled: "The Importance of Events Worship PA In Improving the Spirituality of Young People Seventh-day Adventist Church Based on Hebrew Philosophy 10:25 In the Region XVII DKI Jakarta Conference. The description of the theoretical basis describes: (1) Historical Background of the Book of Hebrews: Background of Hebrew Writing, Time of Hebrew Writing, The Message In Hebrew, Purpose of Hebrew Writing, and Hebrew Article Subdivision. (2) Definition of Worship, Origin of Worship, Worship of the Adventist Church, Forms of Worship, Importance of Worship of PA. (3) Youth, Youth Understanding, Youth and Youth Differences, Youth Socialization, Youth in Participation, Understanding Participation, Participation Level, Forms of Participation. (4) Spiritual Growth, Definition of Spirituality, Expert Opinions on Spirituality, Matters of Spiritual Support, Bible Reading, Personal Prayer, Allied in Worship. Closed with (5) Thinking Framework and (6) Research Hypothesis. The variables in this study are as variable Y: The importance of Adventist youth worship services in improving the spirituality of young Seventh-day Adventist churches based on the Hebrew 10:25 philosophy in the XVII region of the Jakarta Convention. Simply put, the pattern of relationship between research variables in this study can be seen below: Endogenous variables with the following indicators: X1 is The importance of Adventist youth worship services in enhancing the spirituality of young people is maintained. X2 is The importance of Adventist youth worship in enhancing the spirituality of young people is the church's duty. X3 is How to improve the spirituality of young people. The number of respondents who have filled out questionnaires from the number of 1-20 items about 100 people. Analysis is needed to determine whether data analysis for testing can proceed or not. Some data analysis techniques require test requirements analysis. Variant analysis requires that data come from normally distributed populations and groups that are homogeneous. Therefore, variant analysis requires validity, reliability, normality, linearity, hypothesis and descriptive statistics. The conclusion of this study is the first, the Adventist youth worship service in the church enhances the spirituality of young people, and the Adventist youth worship services in the church contain a variety of interesting events, so there is a relationship of worship of the PA to the spiritual growth of young people in GMAHK Region XVII DKI Jakarta Conference and surrounding. Secondly, the Church urges all congregations to participate in youth and church worship services to provide funding for the operation of youth worship services so that the implementation of the worship program of PAAHK Area XVII Jakarta and surrounding Area Conference can attract the attention of young people to engage and influence spiritual growth they. Third, involve young people to sit and study in civic staffing, and train themselves by getting used to sharing so that there is awareness of parents to participate and provide support for the worship of PA GMAHK Area XVIIDKI Jakarta Conference and Surroundings so that parents can be a role model and influencing young people to be active in PA worship services. It is recommended that all members of the congregation can understand the importance of Youth worship in the church, knowing clearly and more broadly about the role of young people in the Adventist church. All members of the congregation are required to know more about the duties and responsibilities of the PA in its role in the church and to make it clear that the youth organization exerts an influence and elevates the spirituality to the young man himself. Young people are expected to provide understanding and ways that can be made by the church in an effort to improve the spirituality of young people through PA events. The implication of this research is that the church needs to provide a place for young people to be active and to be independent in the church while still under the supervision of parents and all members of the congregation. Their activities must show that their existence is grounded in biblical truth. Young people should be given activities that can keep them thinking and moving. Allow sufficient time and space to get their ideas and thoughts well channeled. Well-prepared PA programs, supported by all members of the congregation and specifically young people will have a positive impact on the young people themselves and the development of the church. The ability of young people needs to be explored and developed so that their talents and spiritual gifts are well channeled. This will be a lesson for the congregations in the XVII region of Jakarta Convention.
