NURSING CARE TO “MRS. A” NORMAL EARLY POSTPARTUM PROVIDED COUNCELLING ABOUT EXCLUSSIVE BREAST FEEDING AT CIBOLANG VILLAGE Nina Aisyah NIM: 1852001 ABSTRACT Postpartum or the postpartum period is six weeks from the time the baby is born until the reproductive organs return to normal before pregnancy (Bobak et al,2017). Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding from a mother to her baby for the first 0-6 months without any additional food, so breastfeeding is only given for 0-6 months without additives such as formula milk, honey, water, juice, biscuits or baby porridge. Purpose : this writing is to provide nursing care which consists of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The method used is descriptive with interview techniques, observation, literature study, electronic media, and documentation study. Nursing diagnoses that emerge are as follows: Afterpain disturbance related to postpartum uterine contractions, treated with Nursing action deep breathing exercise.The ineffectiveness of breastfeeding related to the mother's lack of knowledge, is implemented by carrying out health promotion actions on breastfeeding techniques. To overcome the lack of mother’s knowledge. Lack of knowledge related to lack of post partum care treated with care of vulva hygiene. The suggestion that the writer can give is hopefully the patient can understand the technique of giving Proper breastfeeding so that the need of the baby's milk can be fulfilled.
