ABSTRACT A web-based Information system planning in managing assets of student activity units at Universitas Advent Indonesia Written by: Ayub Lasmartua Situmeang NIM: 1582020 Management of student activity unit assets at Advent Indonesia University is still manually. The risks faced in manual recording are asset data that is not clear in the record book, a lot of time lags when searching for data, difficulty getting fast reports, and missing data files. The purpose of this research is to make it easier to make SME input, asset input, booking, borrower input, and make services easily make what happens in the process because it is computerized. The method used in the research in the preparation of this final assignment is the SDLC (System Defelopment Life Cycle) method whose work is carried out sequentially starting from the stage of needs analysis, design, coding, testing. As a result, this system can make it easier to record assets and loan assets and speed up the making of information reports. Key Words: Information Systems, Management of SME Assets.
