ABSTRACT SKILL DEVELOPMENT OF IMPROVE SECRETARY PERFORMANCE AT KANTOR KAMPUS MINISTRI UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA Susanti Sihotang NIM: 1733012 The purpose of this research is to find out what factors become obstacles in skill development in order to improve the performance of secretaries: The purpose of this study was to determine what factors become obstacles in developing skills in order to improve the performance of secretaries: in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of work in the ministry campus of Advent Indonesia University. The process carried out by a writer during work practice is based on checking the names of students in filling in care group absences and filing the names of students according to the care group of each lecturer. The quality of academic administration services at tertiary institutions is highly dependent on its services at the Ministry Campus Office which is the information center for the Service of the Service and all that has to do with worship programs. One source of information that can support the process of academic administration activities is Skills. Skills are used to improve the performance of secretaries. Another thing that is done is to communicate well and carry out various activities that are given by the leadership because they can complete it quickly and well.
