ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF DIVIDEND POLICY ON COMPANY VALUE IN SUBSECTOR PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE COMPANY LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE Written By: Akwila Elmadhitya NIM: 1732005 The research was conducted with the aims of knowing how the effect of Dividend Policy toward Company Value. This research was conducted in Subsector Property and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019. The sample of selection procedure uses purposive sampling with the number of sample obtained are 46. This research design used causality method with quantitative approach. The analytical method used in processing statistical data is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, and significant test. The result of this research indicated the Dividend Policy and the Company Value have a very low correlation. The result of this research also indicated the Dividend Policy has no significant effect on Company Value with significant value of 0,418. Key Words: Dividend Policy, Firm Value, and Indonesia Stock Exchange.
