Fil Completed Date : 3 May 2021 The church is a place where believers praise and glorify the name of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The church in which the family of God who has been adopted is the children of God must have faith in Him. Congregations that grow in the ministry must reach out but first, their spirituality must be strong so that they can more easily reach others. The leadership stick in the church must be renewed because it is important for the church to prepare young people to become leaders in the church in the future. The Word of God in Colossians 2: 7 being a Christian believer must be rooted and have a strong foundation in Jesus. In order for the growth of faith to be more evident in their daily lives, they must study the Word of God so that young people will be closer to Him. The church must really care for young people so that they do not get influenced by things that are not good outside the church, because they must be trained and taught about the importance of faith and spirituality. Spirituality is always devoted to God because someday young people will replace and become church leaders in the future. The importance of always having faith in God is because young people must always rely on their parents and the lack of young people being involved in church activities and being involved in leadership matters and ministries in the church.
