ABSTRACT 2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION MONITORING SYSTEM STUDI CASE DESA CIHANJUANG RAHAYU SARI NOVITA NIM : 1582031 The direct presidential election becomes a benchmark for the level of democracy in this country, Indonesia. In addition to the direct and open selection process, the vote counting process from national polling stations to national recapitulation must also be open. Several methods are used to find out the results of the presidential election quickly, including surveys, quick count and exit polls. All three use sample data to get results, but have a fairly high margin error. The most accurate method is real count, or overall calculation, but has a long time constraint and a large number of polling stations. Building an application for mobile devices that can be easily used by polling station users in the vote counting process is the solution to the real count process. The calculation results can be sent directly via mobile devices along with photo proofs and C1 form. As well as the recapitulation process carried out by computers can minimize calculation errors. In the results of tests conducted at the 2019 PILPRES, the application can be said to be used in this case. The constraints that occur when this process is carried out are internet access in several polling stations. Keywords: presidential election, quick count, real count, mobile application.
