ABSTRACT INTERNET SERVICE CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB-BASED IN CV. RIOZHA MULTIMEDIA DATA Tiko Nitpan Tius NIM: 1681026 The use of websites is useful for obtaining information easily. Likewise, CV. Riyozha Multimedia Data requires information to help the performance and progress of the company's progress and also help in managing customer data to provide information that is very useful for the company. The purpose of this study is to facilitate tracking customer addresses with web-based information systems, helping manage data into the information needed. So, the authors conclude that the application of this Website is expected to help to improve and develop company performance. The method used by the author is SLDC (System Development Life Cycle). Then the application that has been designed can overcome web-based customer data collection, and this application helps in storing usage, complaints and customer internet services by displaying customer information in the form of the Web. Based on the conclusions that the authors take, this website can be redeveloped in complex presentation, and security protection against websites from attacks that have bad intentions on the company.
