ABSTRACT RECORDING OF PLANTING DATA AND HARVEST RESULT SYSTEM DESIGN IN AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF WEST BANDUNG DISTRICT BASED ON WEB Yosua Michael Sabatino NIM: 1382019 Indonesia is one of the countries with abundant agricultural products, as is the case with West Bandung Regency which exploits the opportunity to open agricultural land for their community. Factors affecting agriculture in Indonesia, especially in West Bandung regency is the type of plant, type of planting land, and much more. At a time when farmers start planting without information, then the market will occur supply large amount of plants but with the same type, so the price competition will continue to increase and the needs of the community is not fully met. Therefore information technology is made for farmers. The purpose built this information system to (1) Build a web application for farmers to record their planting and crop data. (2) Assisting the Agricultural Service in monitoring or collecting plant and harvest data of Farmers appropriately and periodically. Design method of information system application of author using method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), among others, (1) Requirements analysis. (2) Design (System Design). (3) Program Code Writing (Coding). (4) Testing Program (Testing). (5) Implementation Program (Implementation / Delivering). Based on the analysis and design that has been described, it can be concluded that (1) The system built can improve the performance of the Department of Agriculture (admin) in data collection and monitoring. (2) Agricultural Information System designed only includes data collection of reports inputted by farmers, and admin can only retrieve data in accordance with what is displayed. (3) The built information system can store data in accordance with the desired. (4) With this Information System, the Department of Agriculture will facilitate the work in monitoring the farmers and to record existing data. Because this website uses laravel version 5.4, users will get more leverage when using a browser such as Edge Browser or Chrome.
