ABSTRACT A Data Bank System of Taxpayer in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan Bima Saptayona Winken Somopawiro 1382015 Tax Service Office (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak) Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan performed services in the field of taxation to the public within the scope of the working area of KPP Pratama Senapelan. Currently Taxpayers data in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan have been stored in the form of digital data. In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number: S - 333 /WPJ.02 /2016, it is briefly submitted that every Provincial KPP of Riau must provide and create a media as a Taxpayer Data Storage and Distribution Center. Because of many needs, information and data lines must be efficient and effective in the distribution. The purposes of this study are (1) To build a Data Bank System of Taxpayer in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan. (2) To design a Data Bank System of Taxpayer in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan and (3) To implement a Data Bank System of Taxpayer in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan. The conclusions of this study are (1) Data Bank System of Taxpayer on KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan assists KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan in terms of storing data Taxpayers into the database so that data that has been stored is not easily lost or damaged and shared, (2) Data Bank System of Taxpayer in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan has a good view so that the users can use this system easily because it has a user-friendly view, (3) Data Bank System of Taxpayer in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan has an access rights to enter into the system so that each user has their own level which will be useful for storing data in accordance with the permissions of the user or other intended user.
