ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORKING CAPITAL ON OPERATING PROFIT ON CONSTRUCTION SUBSECTOR COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE IN 2018-2020 Written by: Brandon Chrisye Tambunan Student ID: 1632196 This research aims to find out the effect of working capital on operating profit on construction subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was the overall financial statements of construction subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020), while the sample in this study was the balance sheet and income statement in 2018-2020). The study used purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study show that working capital has a significant effect on operating profit in subsector contour companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
