Sistemindm Kontrolindo, how the profits and the extent of influence of working capital to prcfit of PT. Sistemindra Kontrolindo. This research was done with descriptive metho4 where data is collecred based on real circumstances, processd analyzfd., and finaUy 6 goLlusion that can provide the required information. Data colletted by rcsearch docr.mentation, and field research Dara obtah€d from the compny a,Ellyz"d using statistical analysis. The author conducted research at PT. sistemindra Kontrolindo from December 2010 mtil January 201l. The amormt of working capital at Pr. sistemindra Kontrolindo increased and decreased from 2005 to 2010. It can be shonm by the amount of wor*ing capital from 2005 ro 2006 rose by 30.l4vo,in20mto2007 fellby 9.76o/on2M to2}nr increased by 191.29/o in 2fi)8 to 2@9 rose by 69 ,5So/o and worting capital in the year 2009 to 2010 decreased by 32.630/o. The amount of profit on PT. Sistemindra Kontolindo, have increased and decrcasd from 2005 to 2010. This cm be evidenced by the amount ofpmfit ftom 2005 to 2006 increased by 56.74yo, in 2fi)6 to 2007 decreased by 42.78o/o 'n 2C/l.7 to 2008 increased by 7 I .9/o, in the year 2008 ta 2009 has inoeased amowrted to 170.14%, and in the year 2009 to 2010 had amounted to 32.63% improvement The inll.ence of worting capital to profits can be seen from the statistical analysis of Pearson pmduct moment, unknown magnitude of correlation coefficient (r) : 0,7618 This means that the relationship between working capital and pmfit is strong and positive. From the hypothesis test conducted showed that ts1">' t .d (2.776> 2,3519} thus Ho is accepted which means there is no significant relationship between working capital with a profit at pr. Sistemindra Konholindo.
