ABSTRACT DESIGN OF INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN SERVICE PERFORMANCE SERVICES IN UIKB ENVIRONMENT RICKY KRISTY YARANGGA 1382007 The development of technology and information systems in this century is increasing rapidly, where every agency, departments, companies and organizations desperately need information systems to support business processes run on the world of work. The need of this GMAHK UIKB organization is an online ministry data service performance information system which can be processed by members of GMAHK UIKB organization. With this system then the data collection of the pastor will run quickly, accurately and structured with the existence of data management in this information system. Data management author intended here is processing data input that produces accurate and structured data from each monthly reports conducted by pastor GMAHK UIKB displayed through statistical data on this information system. Designing information system of ministry performance data service to facilitate the management of Union Indonesia Area in accessing and seeing each report with accurate and structured. Information system data collection services minister UIKB can be a medium of assessment and measurement of service performance pastor UIKB through the results of reports on this system.
