ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF CONTPLIANCE AUDIT AGATNST THE CREDIT DISTRIBUTION AT BPR IIARAPGANDA By Cl nthia Oktavia Hutapea The purpose of this srudy u'as to detennine how the implementation of a compliance audit, horv the implementation of credit distribution pnrcedures, and the extent of compliance audil role in the implementation of loan disbursement procedures at BPR HARAPGANDA. In this study, the author uses descriotir.e method, that is by collecting data so as ro generate the information needed to analyze the problem. The author also conducted inten'iervs and gave some questionares to be filled by a number of parties rhai involvcd in internal audit or Satuan Pengawas Intemal (SPI) and credit distribution truu., which is 3,8'15 > 1,734, then it can be concluded that H6 rejected and H, rvas accepted which means there is a significant and positive relationship. The role of compliance audit against the credit disaibution amounted to 42,5%o and remaining 57,5%o is influenced by other factors out ofthe study.
