Because the one ofcapital industry is the high quality ofhuman needed, so that why industry have to fulfill the welfare of employee, and that reason industry make of safety and welfare of employee program with the role and the right government concePt. The safety and welfare employee concept having five factors to support this program can be succesfull with in industry and it can help the production will grow up. The factors is how can the employee will be safe when they doing they activity, the second how the condition of employee work will support they working, horv the disciple witl bring the employee will be the good more' The suscessfull of productivitas we can seeing how much product we can get produce with the motivation of employee and how come the condition of employee works can bring safety for them.
