TUGAS DAN KETERAMPILAN RESEPSIONIS DALAM MENANGANI TAMU YANG CHECK-IN DAN CHECK-OUT DI VIO HOTEL BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT "The Tasks and Skills in Addressing the Reception Guests Who Check-in and Check-out at Vio Hotel Bandung" By: Dhevy Aryani Bakkara The practice of field work was carried out at Vio Hotel Bandung. This agency moving in the field of hospitality services. Hotel Vio is a branch of Dafam Company. It has a General Manager and several ernployees with good quality and the best providing services and facilities. The purpose of this writing is to know the reservation that consist of check-in, check-out, receive call better and correctly, for to know preparation of performance evaluation employee during job training and for knowing the tasks and receptionist skill in handling the guess who want to check-in and check-out at Vio Hotel Bandung. In this writing the method used is practice work at field with doing the receptionist tasks at Vio Hotel Bandung. Based on this explanation is able to see that the role ofreceptionist in doing tasks and skill like reservations, receive the call or pick up the call, scan, fax, and fotocopydata it needed.
