ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION TOWARDS EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY IN THE PT. JARING SYNERGI MANDIRI By: Nirmaria The purpose of this research was to determine how motivation and job satisfaction in the PT. Jaring Synergi Mandiri, knowing how employee productivity in PT. Jaring Synergi Mandiri, and find out how much motivation and job satisfaction can affect the productivity of employees in PT. Jaring Synergi Mandiri. The research was conducted with descriptive method, which data is collected based on real circumstances, processed, analyzed so that can provide a fairly clear image of the object which is research and then drawn a conclusion. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using statistical analysis of the Partial multiple regression, coefficient correlation analysis, validity test, significance test, hypothesis test, and coefficient analysis of determination. Based on the results of the research it is known that motivation does not affect employee productivity but job satisfaction, which affect employee productivity at PT. Jaring Synergi Mandiri. Based on multiple regression analysis, it is known that level of motivation is negative of -0,273 this means the number does not affect and level job satisfaction is positive of 0,431 this means the number affect. Based on the partial analysis, it is known that the correlation coefficient (rxi,y) motivation of -0,190, which means the motivation no have correlation with employee productivity and correlation coefficient job satisfaction of 0,498, which means satisfaction has a substantial correlation with employee productivity. Based on the hypothesis test showed that Fhitung > Ftabel then H0 is rejected, which showed a significant and positive correlation between the motivation and job satisfaction with employee productivity. Based on the analysis of the determination coefficient known KD = 28% showed changes in employee productivity, the affected by of motivation and job satisfaction, and the remaining 72% is influenced by other factors.
