ABSTRACT Relationship of operational costs with revenues premium on PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) By Ardi Pandiangan As for the purpose of this research is to know the magnitude of operational costs, how does the premium income, how is the relationship of operational costs with revenue premiums of Jiwasraya Insurance PT (Persero). In this research, the use writers a method of descriptive, namely by means of collect the data so that it can produce information required for applying a problem. Based on the results of the research that has been done, then it can be noted that the cost of operations at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) as the burden of claims and benefits, the burden of marketing, General and administrative expenses with a value of Rp25,977,414,911,330.40. Premium income at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) as gross premiums% u2013non link units, reinsurance premiums, premium revenue is yet with a value of Rp. 22,853,876,387,880.30.. Based on statistical analysis using the formula coefficient of kolerasi Pearson Product Moment, then retrieved the results kolerasi coefficient or r = 0.996690631 which gives the indication that there is a significant relationship between operational cost with premium income is strong and positive. And test the hypothesis that do show that, thitung > ttabel is 27.41683173 > 2.015 then it can be inferred that Ho is rejected and accepted Ha which means there is a significant and positive relationship. The magnitude of the relationship with premium income operating expenses was 99.34% and 0.66% the rest is influenced by other factors.
