ABSTRACT Information Systems Design Reporting Damage And Inventory Data Collection At Indonesian Adventist University Dormitory in Web-Based Ivan Yoga NIM : 1382013 Damage reporting systems and inventory data collection in dormitories are still done manually. The problem that students often face is when they want to report the damage that occurred inside the dorm but the head of the dorm is slow to respond after receiving the damage reports and receiving inventory data. The main objectives of this research are (1) replacing old or manual system by using application, (2) building this system can provide convenience to students, Head of Dormitory, Maintenance Department, Vice President 2 and Vice President 3, (3) Simplify and structured crash reports, dormitory inventory and sanction reports. The methodology used in the design of this system is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which includes what plans will be built within this system, analyzing what needs to be used, and designing the application. With the construction of information systems reporting damage and inventory data collection can be concluded, this system can facilitate to the relevant users in reporting and data collection. (1) A system designed to input crash reports and record inventory reports and stored in the database. (2) The system created can be used by students to report the damage. (3) The built-in Android system facilitates incoming reports of damage occurring within the dormitory. And the authors suggest for the development of this system. (1) Development of Android system can cover all departments. (2) Development of notification system report damage to the dormitory can run on other platforms, in addition to Android.
