ABSTRACT DESIGNING THE RECORDING INFORMATION SYSTEM ORDER FORM WEB-BASED IN PT. UNITED TRANS PERKASA Romario Sebastian Lumban Tobing NIM: 1382011 Now if we want to compete with competitor, then the company must use a technology to support a business process. The reason for the design of this system is because PT. United Trans Perkasa has not used a computerized system to manage order data at the company. Therefore, the author designed a system that can assist to managing data on the company to be more effective and efficient. The design of this system applies the water fall methodology, which approaches the systematic design process, which starts at the level of system analysis, design, code, and testing. As a conclusion of this study are (1) information system of order entry forming at PT. United Trans Perkasa is a system created to simplify the work within the company's office and also improve the company's service in serving customers. (2) Information system of order entry recording at PT. United Trans Perkasa can present important data in the company office computerized and online. So that data can be accessed by office workers anywhere. (3) The information system of order entry recording at PT. United Trans Perkasa can also facilitate the company in checking customers who want to use the services of the company, because the system is connected with the company's own website.
