ABSTRACT ROLE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING PART OF CREDIT CREDIT TO THE PT . Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBK, BOGOR Cisarua by : Tato Juliharto The meaning and purpose of this study is to determine the performance of education and training at PT . Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) TBK to know the credit given in increasing the number of credit customers at PT . Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) TBK to find out the role of education and training to increase the provision of credit in the amount of credit loans at PT . Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) TBK. This research done by using descriptive method in which data is collected based on a real situation , processed , analyzed, and be concluded that the data obtained through interviews , study documentation , and questionnaires . Obtained through questionnaires processed by statistical analysis of spearmen rank correlation coefficients , significance testing , and analysis of the coefficient of determination . Implementation of education and training at PT . Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) TBK is done internally where the trainer ( instructor ) is already trained well in PT. Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) TBK . Education and training is done in January to February and evaluation in May. Training methods that is used are lecture and discussion method performed by the practice field. Material presented in the form of product knowledge in order to improve the credit employee field in increasing credit customer. . The development of credit in the amount of credit customers from January 2013 - November 2013 increased by 9:22 %. In January 2013 6.67 , 9:09 February , 0.69 in March , April 1.73 , May 18.70 , June 10:45 , 6:49 July , August 18:15 , September 20:30 , 4:33 October , 4.88 in November . Based on statistical analysis of spearman rank the sum of correlation coefficient Rs = 0.8832, this means that there is a very strong and positive relationship between the variable x (Education and Training) and variable y (Lending) very strong and positive . Significance test showed thitung 9.0311 and ttabel 2,069 on 0.95 confidence level with n - 2 = 23 , this mean thitung > ttabel, this indicate a significant relationship between education and training and the provision of credit , then Ho declined substantially Kd = 78,039 %. That means 78,039 % change in credit reflected by changes in educational training while the remaining 21.699 % is shown beside other than this study factor.
