ABSTRACT A DESIGN OF REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM TO MASTER GUIDE MEMBER CANDIDATE BASED ON WEB IN UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA Septo Pasaribu NIM: 1382001 In this rapidly growing era, the development of information technology plays an important role in human life, as well as the greater public need for information. As well with the Master Guide Organization of Seventh-day Adventist Church, which does not have an online system yet. Therefore, the researcher designed a registration system to Master Guide member candidate based on web. The design conducted was to build an application that uses programming language PHP, Javascript, and MySQL database. The designed procedure was students or church members who wish to enroll as a Master Guide member candidate can register online and their data was stored in a database that has been built into the system. The purpose of this research in building this application was, (1) to provide information needed by CMG and MG, (2) to facilitate UNAI students or Seventhday Adventist Church members to become a Master Guide member candidate. From the research that has been done, the researcher concluded, (1) The registration information system of master guide members candidate can simplify the performance of the old system, (2) this information system provides convenience in presenting the information required by the users, (3) ) this information system helps the promotion. The suggestions that the researcher gives for the development of this system are (1) To complete the data of the master guide and master guide candidate, such as: register number of meal, faculty, address, and birth date (2) To create a special login to Admin, MG Members and CMG.
