The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of the operational audit conducted by PT. Rhys Auto Gallery, how the effectiveness sales of cars PT. Rhys Auto Gallery. and to find out how the role of the operational audit of the effectiveness of selling PT. Rhys Auto Gallery, Jakarta. The research was conducted using a descriptive method describes and discusses the object being investigated based on the facts. Data was collected through interviews and observalions, questionnaires and submit documentation study, where the authors obtained a written record of the management. Questionnafu€ data were statistically processed using the Spearman rank in correlation analysis, hypothesis tes! and coefficient of analysis determination. Based on the result of research that has been implemented, it has been known to audit operations at PT. Rhys Auto Gallery conducted by the intemal audit reporting directly to the director. Operational audit done once a year and have done with independence and a clear audit program. The effectiveness of the sales achieved by the job descriptiorl proper sales procedures and obvious and expected sales budget realized. Based on statistical analysis using the rank Spearman so the resu.lt of coefficient correlation fonnula or n - 0.7165 which indicates that the relationship between the role oF audit is operational with a strong sales and positive. From the hypothesis test conducted showed that t-calculate value t-tabel, is 4.357> 1.714, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. The amount of contributions made by the operalional audit in supporting the effectiveness of sales or Kd was 51%, while the remaining 49o% inlluenced by other factors.
