ABSTRACT DESIGN OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB BASED IN INDONESIA ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY (UNAI). Desi Permata Sari Br Barus NIM: 1182049 This thesis was studying the process of system information design of web-based internal quality assurance in Indonesian Adventist University (UNAI). This research was studying the process of system information design of web-based internal quality assurance in Indonesia Adventist University (UNAI). The reason in observing process internal quality assurance system was because there has not been a good recording in managing lecturer’s data in Indonesia Adventist University. Therefore, designed a system of internal quality assurance information can facilitate web based on performance in internal quality assurance in managing lecturer’s data and can be used efficiently and effectively. To minimize problems that exist in managing lecturer’s data manually, it needed a support system to make safe storage automatically and the system can be directly deposited. Moreover, the system can improve the efficiency of work in the internal quality assurance in UNAI. The thesis used the waterfall method. This method was a method of software development systematic and sequential start at the level of analysis, design, code and test. The study indicated that the quality assurance easily store data lecturer, the identity of the study program, the data lecturer, lecturer activity, the activity of lectures’ teaching , students and graduates, monitoring and evaluation of lectures’ performance, efforts to increase human resources, academic field of graduate student .
