Ivlulia Industry This research uses descriptive nlethod, namel_v metod research by collectins data based on real circumstances and menginteerpretasikan data. so it can ce ccnclude,l. Dsrs collected thrcrugh the u:ten'ieu,, sludl docLrmentatri-rn. and questionnares. Based on the results of research conducted. the education level of employees at PT l\,Iulia Industr-v was found starting from CMS until the 52 level. Type the ernplovee's job also depends on the t!,pe of work and their ability nasing employees. Based on reseerch, uork performance of employees at PT. N{ulia Industrl' has a level oi motrvation that is stiil less than the management so that employees are encouraged to gire optrmal results. Based on a statistica[ calculation, it is knorm that rs = 0.5215 indicate that there is a moderate and posrtive rehtionship betrveen level of education with employee performance. The lesults ofthe hypothesis that tcount> ttable x,hich in this case 6.050> 1.6606, then Ho is rejected and He accepted, rvhich means that there is a srgnificant and positive relationshrp between level of education rvith emplol-ee performance. From the analysis of determination ttwt 27.19Ph employees' performance is urfluenced by level of education of employees and the remaining 72 8l}ir influenced by other factors beyond this study.
