ABSTRACT APPLICATION ANALWICAL PROCEDURES FOR DETERT{INATION OF SAI,ARY POINTS INDEX TEACHERS IN PERGURUAN ADWNT BANDUNG (PAB) AND PERGARUAN ADWNT CIMINDI (PACIM) By: Agus Herawan The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the determination of salary points in Perguruan Advent Bandung (PAB) and Perguruan Advent Cimindi (Pacim). The mahod used is descriptive method that is to collect data, analyze, and present data. Data obtained from interviews with teachers and with the observations directly to the school. The hypothesis tested is whether there are significant differences in salaries number of points between the two schools. Significance testing using the median test with the Chi Square formula. Application of analytical procedures for determination in proving assertions salary points in the two schools can be implemented. Where the results are found that two schools running their management function as well, the set points of teachers salaries are accordance with SSD Working Policy. Based on the results of research and test of significance is found that t cowt = 0,776 and t table : 3,841 which mean Ho received. There were no significant differences in the number of salary point between the two schools.
