MM as Supervision Commision The purpose of this research is to analyze and to know the influence of f inancial I everage with anatyzed by dabt b equity r atio a nd times ,nteresf earned also dividend per share on earning p,er-share. This rese.arch _type is descriptive-verificatif and use explanatory research method. This research is conducted on banking sectorrssuer rn rndonesia Stock Exchange in 2003-2007 period. Data is-coltected by using the field research and literature research. The number of sample are 21 emittens and the_sampling technique is conducted by using purposive Sampling. By using multiple regression model, the resutt showed- that simultaneously, financial leverage with anatyzed by debt to equity ratio and times interest earned also dividend per snare positive effect on earning per share. Meanwhite as paftiall debt to equity ratio not positive effect but times interest earned and dividend per si,nare has an ei,ffect on earning per share. As key word: debt to equity ratio, times interest earned, dividend per share, and earning per share.
