PROSEDUR PENYELESAIAN LAPORAN ATAU PENGADUAN PADA OMBUDSMAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT ..PROCEDURE TO FINISH REPORT OR COMPLAINTS TO THE OMBUDSMAN REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA BANDLTNG" BY: MINAHATI HULU On the job training was done in Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman office at Bandung. This institution focuses on community supervisors of which based on Pancasila and independent, and have authority to clarify, monitor or check the community reports. This writing was done to know the process of govemment implementation in giving services and protection towards the rights of each community member by the govemment officials including count proceedings that is not separated from giving justice and welfare. The method used was a direct practice in the office of which a method where the writer performed fieldwork and was guided by Mrs. Fitry Agustine, Mr. Haneda Sri Lastato, Mr. Harris Rahmadhani, Mrs. Naksha Laraswati, to do tasks that were given to the writer in accordance to her capability and knowledge possessed by the work. Based on the interpretation, it is knorvn that the procedure is handling reports or complaints from the community rvere done through process, it starts from receiving reports, Iisting do$n reports, analyzing, along s'ith report investigation, after that the Ombudsman sends letter of recommendalion to the reported (terlapor) one and copy to the person u'ho reported (Pelapor) 5
