The purpose of this Scientific Writing is to know the Data Archiving Procedure Employees at PT Dewa Sutratex Il. This scientific writing uses the method of working practices in the form of freld practice in how to accomplish the tasks given by Mr Diki lndrawan as mentors in PT Dewa Sutratex Il, Cimahi{imindi. The archiving system used by this company are computerized and manual systems. And the author followed the ways of u,orking systems the company. The Overall of Employee Data Archiving of Procedure is begun from applicants, then selected by the Personnel. After the results are known whether applicants are accepted or not to be employess, then employe€s' incoming and outgoing employees as an archive PT Dewa Sutratex II.
