ABSTRACT THEROLE OF COMPLIANCE AUDIT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PERSONNEL FTINCTION IN PT PINDAD (PERSERO) By: Dewi Carolina The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the compliance audit in PT. Pindad (Persero), how the implementation of the personnel furrction in PT. Pindad @ersero) and to know the role of compliarne audit in the implementation of the personnel function in PT. Pindad @ersero). The method used in this research is descriptive method that collects historical data and observed about certain aspects related to the issue under study, and then and analyzed for tlre corrclusions drawn. Data was collected by interviews, questionnaires, and collecting documents obtained from the management company. Quesionnaire data were processed using the Spearman rank correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the corrclation coefficient. Based on this research, it is known that the implernentation of the compliance audit in PT. Pindad @ersero) has been executed well by the intemal auditor tbat reports directly to the chief executivelmplementation of the personnel fimction has been implemented and canied out in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement that has been established between the company and the employee. Based on the analysis by using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient fonnula, it is obtained rs = 0,76 which gives an indication of a very shong and positive relarionship between the role of ardit compliance in the implementation of the personnel firnction in PT. Pindad @ersero). And based on hypothesis test indicated that tni?rrn > ttob"t, (6,187 > 1,701), which means that there isHs rejecte4 that'show have a sipificant role in tlre implementation of the compliance audit firnction personnel. The role played by audit compliance in the implernentation of the personnel function or KD (coefficient of deterrnination) was 5 87o and the renairung 42%o are other factors outside of the study.
