ABSTRACT THE DESIGNING OF ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM OF SCHOOL BASED ON ANDROID JIVANLY VRINCENT NIM: 1182043 The development of technology information and communication was growing very rapidly, and certainly cause effects in various aspects. These impacts include the Students, Teachers, and Parents. Things like this that need to be considered in detail by those associated with the impact. Students, teachers, and parents can actually take advantage of technology to help facilitate their activities in the conduct of school activities, as well as in obtaining and recording information about the finances of the school, class attendance, the value of which has been refurbished, and record of behavior during school. Therefore, the author had the idea to design an application that uses the School Academic Information System using Android to help teachers, students, and parents to access information using a handheld mobile phone media. The emergence of the idea because students, teachers, and parents are still using paper or computer media to get information about financial reports, absences and student grades. With the use of handheld cell phones will be helping teachers to fill the absences and grades of students, then students can view a list of grades, absences, and the financial statements and the parents can monitor their child to see a list of grades, absences, financial statements and records of behavior more easily.
