EFFECT EMPLOWE MOTIVANON TO WORK PRODACTIWTY AT UNTW RSITY O F ADWNT INDONE S A Written by: Lindon Sitanggang NIM:1131029 The Researcher conducted this study in order to determine how employee motivation, how labor productivity and to lotow how to indfluence employee motivation to work productivity at Adventist university of indonesia,The method used in this study is descriptive method that is used to describe, collect data obtained by the reseorcher of the Adventist (Jniyersity of indonesia. The collection of dora obtained through o questionnaire. Data were processed using coftelation ioS"trrt analisys using likert scale formula, Significance Test to determine wiether the reiearch the reseorch lrypotesis is accepted or reiected and the coeficient determination to find out how big the contribution or influence ,^ploy"" moth)ation to work productivity.Bdsed on the results of the quisionnaire using a Likert scale is known that motivation of work at the )dventist Universiy of Indonesia was good with an overage of 4'09'Labor, productivity at Adventist U iversity of Indonesia was good with an average of -4.09.Basei on statistical analisys obtained cofficient of r = 0'305 which indicates a low coftelation between work motivation and work productivity, while Significance Test where thitung 0.95> ttabel 1,701 Ha is rejected, and the coeficient of determination is futownfor Kd : 9.i025%. Keywords: the nature of the employee' the employee Honesty, respinsibility of employees, employee performance, compensation of employees, and the e mploye e's care er dev elopment.
