Productivity is seen from the employee'sperformance is influenced by various factors. Wages is one factor that can affect the productivity, rvhich is a benefit to the employee. Research conducted by the title above to find out and understand the effects of changes in the level of wages on labor productiviry levels at PT. Wijaya Karya (Penero), Tbk Research methods are implemented by way of concluding the descriptive method of data, analyze the data the company to obtain the conclusion of data collection tecirniques. The samples in this study were 20 employees of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Industrial Plan section. The method used is conelation analysis. regression analysis and coefficient of determinatlon. From the resuits ofthe conelation analysis, u.ith a confiCenoe inten'al (o:0.05), the value of r : 0.96 and the coefficient of determination and : 92.16%. This suggests a very strong and positive relationship betrveen wages and productinty. Of these relationships is known that the rate of wages affect labor productivity in the department of industrial plan PT. Wijaya Karya amounted to 92.160/o.
