ABSTRACT DESIGN OF WEB-BASED APPLICATION SYSTEM INFORMATION STUDENT LABOR SUBMMISION AT INDONESIAN ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY Anita Maria Tamba NIM : 1282008 Advances in Information and Communications Technology these days have been growing fastly, and Web-based application software is one of its abvious examples. Web-based application is a software that is integrated with a network connection using HTTP. Due to the fast growing computing power of IT technology, web-based application software can be applied with many fields. Based on this fact, the Author wants to make a design of Web-based Application System Information Student Labor Submmision at Indonesian Adventist University (UNAI). This application is a facility that contains better system to manage Student Labor Submmision at Indonesian Adventist University offices. The main purpose of this application is (1) to replace ist existing traditional method, (2) This application system formulated to provide convenience for its academic users, both students, academic officials such as Vice- Rector for Academic, Vice-Rector II for Finance, Vice-Rector III for Student Affairs, student accountant as well as the Head of every Department and the lecturers to process student labor submission and work approval, (3) Students do not need to wait to know if the department they intended to work is full or not, because if the head of the department or faculty vacancies disable it on the menu there is no such vacancies vacancy. (4) and students not have to go to given the report to student accountant about attendance and grade. Because that will otomaticly sent to student accountant after head of every department inputing that grade. Methodology made in the design of this system is SDLC (system deyplopment life cycle) plann, analysis, design, coding. Key Words: Student Labor, Input Absensi, Input Grade, Persetujuan.
