ABSTRACT ROLE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES ON THE PER-FORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES WITH MOTIVATION AS A VARIABLE IN PEMEDIASI PT. SIGMA SUKSESPRATAI\4A JAILARTA By: Gita Deby Sagala The srudy was conducted to find out how the role of financial incentives to motivate employees, the role of employee motivation to employee performance, and the role of financial incentives on employee performance. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method that is a qualitative depiction of facts, data, or mgterial object tlnt is not a series of numbers, but a form of expression of language or discourse (whatever that fonn) through proper and systematic interprctation. The data collection used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Interview and documentary data were andfzed qualitatively, whereas questionnaire data were analyzed vsing Pearson Product L4oment simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it found the fir,ancial incentive provided by PT. Sigrna Suksespratarr^a contribute to employee motivation, namely that there is significant effect ot linaneial incentives to motivate employees by 2786 the level of significance (t test). Ivlotivation of cmployees at PT. Sigma Suksespratama not contribute to their performance. ie there was no signifie-at effect between employee motivation to emplo5,ee pertbrmance with a sigrificance level -0756 (t). Financial incentives provided by PT. Signa Suksespratama contribute to cmployee perfomrance in the compaay, ie no sigrr.ificant effect of financial incentives on performance of employees w,th a significance level -2285 (t).
